Crewing Officer

Manage the end-to-end crewing process for assigned vessels, including recruitment, deployment, and compliance with maritime regulations. Act as the primary contact for crew and internal stakeholders while supporting localization programs and operational audits.

Requires a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably within the maritime industry. Must possess solid knowledge of STCW, flag state, and port state legislation along with strong stakeholder management skills.
