Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions for Foundation, Development, and Potential squads to nurture young competitive swimmers. Manage swimmer progression, recruit new talent from the Learn to Swim program, and represent the organization at competitions and school clinics.

Requirements

Requires UKCC Level 2 Coaching in Aquatics or equivalent and a Lifeguard qualification. Candidates should have a proven track record of coaching young swimmers through the Learn to Train and Train to Train stages.
