Responsibilities

Assist senior chefs in the production of mis-en-place and the preparation of menus according to standard recipes. Maintain a clean and tidy workplace while ensuring all food safety and HACCP regulations are strictly followed.

Requirements

Requires a formal culinary diploma or equivalent certificate. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis chef in a large international class hotel.
