Continuous Improvement & Performance Management Intern

Support the Continuous Improvement and Performance Management team with governance design, process standardization, and transformation program coordination. Lead the creation of performance dashboards, internal communications, and support AI-driven digital transformation initiatives.

Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills in English are required.
