Responsibilities
Assist the production team in food preparation and presentation while adhering to strict HACCP and hygiene standards. Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and exceed guest expectations in food quality.
Requirements
Requires a degree in Hotel Management or a related course and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in 4 or 5-star hotels. Must be fluent in conversational English and capable of working split shifts.
