Responsibilities

The Guest Relations Agent manages the end-to-end guest experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring high standards of comfort and personalized service. They act as the primary point of contact for handling requests, resolving complaints, and coordinating with other hotel departments.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in hospitality, and be fluent in both English and Russian. Proficiency in hotel management software and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required.
