Responsibilities
The Medical Records Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate patient medical records in both physical and electronic formats while ensuring strict confidentiality. They coordinate with healthcare professionals to manage admissions, discharges, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or diploma in Health Information Management or a related field. Previous experience in hospital administration and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems are highly preferred.
