Director of Training and Certification - Red Hat

The Director is responsible for the strategic development and management of Red Hat's training programs and certification processes. This includes overseeing quality assurance, managing vendor relationships, and leading a team of professionals to meet business objectives.

Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in IT training and certification, including 5 years in a leadership role. A bachelor's degree in IT, Education, or Business is required, with a master's degree preferred.
