Responsibilities
Build and scale a unified Customer Engagement Platform by integrating data, orchestration, and AI capabilities across multiple enterprise systems. Own the end-to-end platform lifecycle from architecture and prototyping to launch and continuous optimization of customer journeys.
Requirements
Requires 8-12+ years of experience with a strong track record in product management and building customer-facing platforms integrating CDP, CRM, and AI. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with technical fluency in APIs and cloud orchestration tools.
