Lead and develop the service team to deliver refined dining experiences while overseeing daily operations, reservations, and guest satisfaction. Manage financial performance through cost monitoring, P&L review, and revenue-driving upselling initiatives.

Requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field and at least two years of management experience in luxury hotels. Must have a strong understanding of Middle Eastern dining concepts and fluency in English.
