Responsibilities

Monitor workshop floor activities to ensure smooth workflow and track technician productivity and repair timelines. Coordinate with service teams to achieve operational KPIs and ensure timely vehicle delivery.

Requirements

Requires an ITI or Diploma qualification with 3-4 years of experience in workshop floor handling. Mandatory experience in an Authorized Dealership and strong automotive technical knowledge are required.
