Responsible for preparing detailed quantity take-offs for MEP systems and managing interim valuations and payment applications. The role involves handling variation claims, cost proposals, and maintaining risk registers to ensure project financial control.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a diploma in quantity surveying with 4-5 years of experience in the oil and gas or construction industry. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE or Middle East and proficiency in standard measurement methods.
