Service Advisor

Acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service workshop to ensure accurate job card preparation and effective coordination with technical teams. Responsible for advising customers on vehicle performance and resolving complaints to maintain high service standards.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry. Candidates must be fluent in both Arabic and English and possess strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems.
