Lead Consultant - Client Success (CPX)

Serve as a strategic cybersecurity advisor and client success lead to drive service value and governance for managed security services clients. Act as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure operational excellence and continuous service improvement.

Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 8 years of cybersecurity experience in client-facing or SOC leadership roles. CISSP certification and deep technical knowledge of security operations and service delivery are essential.
