Manage the full procurement lifecycle and contract administration for a Waste-to-Energy plant in Dubai. Ensure cost efficiency, operational reliability, and compliance through strategic sourcing and supplier management.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field with 10-15+ years of experience in industrial or energy procurement. Must have GCC experience and proficiency in EAM/CMMS systems.
