Responsibilities

Provides operational and analytical support to the Corporate Patient Safety & Quality Department through document control and data analysis. Coordinates quality improvement initiatives, manages KPIs, and supports accreditation and governance activities across healthcare facilities.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in a science-based field, healthcare administration, or data science, along with a professional certification in Data Analytics. Candidates need 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, or data analysis, preferably with JCI accreditation experience.
