Associate Director - Talent

Lead the strategic talent agenda including acquisition, learning, and succession planning to attract and retain high-performing talent. Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR technologies such as ATS and LMS to enhance employee and candidate experiences.

Requires a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in HR technology transformation and leadership within the education, hospitality, or healthcare sectors is highly preferred.
