Responsibilities

The Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality commercial valuation assignments and reports in accordance with RICS standards. They will manage valuation instructions independently, conduct market research, and maintain strong client relationships within the GCC property market.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in real estate or a RICS-accredited discipline and 4-6 years of commercial valuation experience. MRICS qualification and proficiency in Argus Enterprise or Estate Master are highly desired.
