Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute M&A, Leverage Finance, and Equity Capital Markets transactions for MENA clients. Conduct company valuations, financial modelling, and sector research while managing communications with clients and senior bankers.

Requirements

Requires relevant corporate finance experience in advisory with a strong understanding of capital market products and complex deal structuring. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
