Group Performance Management Lead

Establish and maintain a holistic performance framework across all group entities to track integration, revenue targets, and operational synergies. Act as an early warning system for leadership by identifying structural or people-related issues and surfacing difficult truths to drive interventions.

Requires a candidate with a blend of commercial operations and people experience, specifically within a group or multi-entity environment. Must have experience working closely with C-suite offices and the ability to build performance frameworks from scratch without a predefined process.
