Brand Trainer

The Brand Trainer is responsible for empowering staff with product knowledge and brand messaging to ensure high customer service standards across all stores. This includes creating training plans, developing content, and monitoring the impact of learning interventions on business performance.

Candidates must hold a graduate degree and a qualification in Training or Human Resources. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience with evidence of content creation and the use of learning technology is required.
