Responsibilities

Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for fit-out, joinery, and FM projects by analyzing drawings and specifications. Coordinate with procurement and project teams while managing supplier negotiations and project budget deviations.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or a related field with 6 months to 2 years of UAE experience in fit-out estimation. Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and MS Excel is essential along with fluent English communication.
