Facilitator-Recruitment Services

The facilitator guides learners through training programs using interactive methods to ensure effective knowledge acquisition and retention. They are responsible for delivering sessions, developing learning aids, and measuring program success through assessments and feedback.

Candidates must be graduates with 1-2 years of experience in a similar training role. Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, along with Transguard EPT level 4, is required.
