Responsibilities

Lead and support culinary operations across all food and beverage outlets to ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. Supervise kitchen teams, manage food costs, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety requirements.

Requirements

Requires previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel environment, preferably in the GCC/Dubai region. Must possess strong expertise in Mediterranean, European, and international cuisines and familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
