Responsibilities

The Finance Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Cluster Head, driving financial planning, performance management, and commercial insights across the Gulf region. Key duties include leading monthly business reviews, managing distributor financial performance, and overseeing the end-to-end financial planning cycle.

Requirements

Candidates require a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A and commercial finance. Professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or ACCA and experience in the pharmaceutical industry are preferred.
