Head Of AML UAE, Director (UAE Nationals Preferred)

Lead the design and implementation of AML compliance policies and control frameworks to mitigate money laundering risks. Manage diverse teams and coordinate with internal audit and external regulators to ensure regulatory consistency and adherence.

Requires over 15 years of Financial Crime experience, preferably in the UAE or Middle East, and an AML certification. Must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrated expertise in AML regulations, risk assessment, and senior-level leadership.
