Tender Manager

Lead the full tender lifecycle for large-scale EPC procurement packages, from planning and documentation to evaluation and award. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure tenders are commercially sound, compliant with FIDIC principles, and aligned with project objectives.

Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying and over 15 years of experience in tender and contract management for large-scale construction projects. Must have proven experience leading at least three large-format EPC procurements, preferably for data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
