Operator

The Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mixing, filling, and packaging equipment to meet production targets. They must ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates must have a high school or vocational diploma and sound knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes. Preferred qualifications include forklift certification and a demonstrated commitment to safety-first operational excellence.
