Guest Arrival Expert- Hostess

The Guest Arrival Expert manages the first and last impressions of guests by guiding them through arrival and departure experiences. Responsibilities include processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and sharing local highlights to create a memorable stay.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and no prior related work experience or supervisory experience is required. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds independently.
