Responsibilities

The role involves leading sustainability projects, managing green building documentation for LEED, Estidama, and WELL, and performing quality control on reports. The consultant will also support business development and coordinate with MEP and civil engineers to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years of experience in the built environment, and a mandatory LEED AP certification. GCC experience and a valid driver's license are also required.
