Provide personalized assistance and expert local recommendations to guests to create exceptional experiences. Coordinate guest requests, transportation, and activities while collaborating with internal departments to ensure luxury service standards.

Requires previous experience as a Concierge or Guest Relations Agent within a luxury hospitality environment. Must possess strong knowledge of Dubai's attractions and excellent spoken English communication skills.
