Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the stewarding team to maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards across all kitchen and dishwashing areas. Create cleaning schedules and ensure the correct use of cleaning tools and chemicals in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must have previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor and be currently based in the UAE. Proficiency in HACCP standards and the ability to train staff on cleaning protocols are essential.
