Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Lead departmental managers to drive financial performance, brand standard compliance, and a culture of service excellence.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management with at least 4 years of managerial experience in F&B and 2 years in other hotel leadership roles. Proficiency in Micros POS and Opera PMS, along with experience in budgeting and revenue management, is preferred.
