Responsibilities

Establish and lead the maintenance, reliability, and asset management strategy for a new multi-technology manufacturing campus in Dubai. Manage maintenance operations across automated systems including MCB Assembly, Plastic Injection, and PCBA to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 10 years of maintenance leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing. Must have a proven track record of supporting automated production systems and modern manufacturing technologies.
