Responsibilities
The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring food and beverage costs, managing internal audit systems, and conducting physical inventories. They analyze outlet activity to prepare monthly profit and loss statements and ensure efficient financial administration of the F&B department.
Requirements
The candidate must be able to manage supplier invoices, verify purchase orders, and coordinate with Corporate Finance. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain effective employee relations within a luxury hospitality environment are required.
