Factory Manager - Fit Out Luxury hotel/retai shops

Lead and manage all factory and joinery operations to deliver high-end interior fit-out projects for luxury clients. Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and quality control while coordinating with project managers and design teams.

Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury fit-out or bespoke interior manufacturing. Must have a proven track record as a Factory or Production Manager specifically within the joinery sector.
