Remote Operations Trainer | Dubai, UAE

Responsible for the capability and compliance of the remote vehicle operator team through the design and delivery of onboarding and certification programs. This includes creating training materials, running simulation scenarios, and using quality audit data to continuously improve operational performance.

Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in remote or AV operations, preferably with a background in training or quality assurance. A bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field is preferred, along with fluency in English.
