Executive Assistant / Office Manager (CEO/CFO Office)

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including managing complex calendars and coordinating international travel. Oversee day-to-day executive office operations and act as the primary liaison between leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager, preferably within the real estate development industry. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.
