Responsibilities
Responsible for the receiving, inspection, storage, and portioning of all meat, poultry, game, and seafood products across vessel outlets. Ensures strict adherence to food safety standards, portion control guidelines, and efficient production scheduling.
Requirements
Requires at least 5 years of experience in large butchery operations and mandatory previous cruise ship experience. A formal qualification in butchery is strongly preferred along with complete knowledge of USPH/HACCP requirements.
