The Suite Experience Concierge provides personalized, high-level service to VIP guests, acting as the primary point of contact for all requests. Responsibilities include managing the Concierge Lounge, organizing welcome events, and collaborating with onboard departments to ensure a seamless vacation experience.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of progressive management experience in a leading hospitality setting with specific concierge experience. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field and prior cruise ship experience are strongly preferred.
