Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract and hire high-calibre UAE Nationals across various business functions. Ensure full compliance with UAE Emiratization regulations and build strategic partnerships with government entities and universities.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and 6-8 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years focused on Emiratization. Mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
