Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end customer service journey from booking to vehicle handover while performing advanced diagnostics and repairs on electric vehicles. Ensure high first-time fix rates and workshop productivity while adhering to Polestar and Al-Futtaim quality standards.

Requirements

Requires 6-7 years of experience as a Light Vehicle Technician, including at least 2 years in diagnostics, and a valid driving license. Candidates must hold an IMI Level 3-4 Master Technician certification or an equivalent advanced OEM certification.
