Manages customer accounts to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding debts through effective communication and negotiation. Collaborates with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and maintains accurate financial records of collection activities.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and 3-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit management. A professional certification in Credit and Collections is preferred.
