Learning & Talent Data and AI Specialist

The role is responsible for designing learner-centered digital and classroom learning solutions and managing end-to-end data analysis and reporting for talent and learning. This includes creating digital assets, optimizing the learner journey within LMS/LXP platforms, and utilizing AI to innovate learning experiences.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in instructional design and facilitation. Proficiency in AI-driven learning, data dashboarding, and relevant L&D certifications like CIPD or CPTD is highly desired.
