Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor façade engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation to ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards. Review technical drawings and collaborate with consultants and contractors to resolve design clashes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field with 5-8 years of experience in façade construction. Must possess strong knowledge of building envelope systems and familiarity with UAE building regulations and international standards.
