Training and Capacity Building Lead - UAEN

Lead the end-to-end execution and operational delivery of all training programs within the New Economy Academy. Manage training operations, stakeholder coordination, and team performance to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field, with a Master's preferred. Candidates need 7-10 years of experience in training operations or capacity building, preferably managing large-scale government or corporate programs.
