Commis Chef – Tandoor

Support the tandoor section by assisting with preparation, basic cooking, and service execution. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation while developing technical tandoor skills under senior supervision.

Requires 1-2 years of kitchen experience or culinary training, preferably with exposure to Indian or tandoor cooking. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
