Responsibilities
The Site Architect is responsible for ensuring architectural integrity and project compliance through rigorous monitoring of construction submissions and IFC packages. They coordinate between various disciplines and provide leadership and mentorship to the project team.
Requirements
The candidate must be able to conduct detailed QA/QC reviews of architectural plans and ensure compliance with statutory authority regulations. Expertise in interfacing details for facades, landscapes, and MEP services is required.
