Room Service Order Taker

Responsible for handling all food and beverage room service calls according to Rixos standards and ensuring efficient guest connection. Maintains detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, menus, and events to provide accurate information and process orders correctly.

Requires excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work reliably under pressure in a fast-paced team environment. Previous experience in F&B or with Micros software is considered an asset but is not required.
