Oracle Fusion Payroll Lead

Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations across GCC and global geographies. Manage payroll requirements, build complex Fast Formulas, and ensure compliance with regional statutory regulations.

Requires over 14 years of HCM/Payroll experience with deep expertise in GCC payroll regulations and hands-on command of Fast Formula. Must be able to lead parallel runs, manage integrations, and provide functional leadership to consultants.
